Our Volunteer Peer Support Specialists are working hard to respond to every caller with care and attention. We provide call backs during our regular operating hours —
12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We will return your call as soon as possible, though at times it may take up to 12 hours. If you prefer, you are always welcome to hang up and call us back at a time that works best for you.

From August 29, 2025 to September 10, 2025, our texting service will be unavailable as we upgrade our technology and transition to a new number.

Important Update: WarmLine Service Hours Change
NAMI Orange County is committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of our community. Due to an unexpected loss in funding, we must adjust our WarmLine services at this time.
Effective immediately, the NAMI OC WarmLine will operate daily from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
You may leave a message at any time outside of these hours, and a team member will return your call during our operating hours.
Our Commitment
NAMI OC leadership is dedicated to continuing WarmLine services in some capacity while we work tirelessly to secure additional funding. Our goal is to restore 24/7 operations as soon as possible so we can provide the support our community needs and deserves.

Mentoring Program
Personal one-on-one
support with a trained mentor
PEER MENTORING SERVICES pairs you with one of our trained mentors at a prearranged meeting time that is convenient for you. Your experienced mentor will offer practical advice, support and resources during your calls.

We are now offering Signature Classes, Support Groups and Events via Zoom and In-Person
With the changes Orange County Health Department guides have provided, NAMI-OC Signature Classes, Support Groups and Events will be held in-person OR via ZOOM. Please view the flyer on our Calendar Page for the event you are interested in attending for details.
